01 Can I make a reservation?

No reservations. First come, first served — you stand, you eat, you leave.

02 What are your hours?

Open 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. When the pot runs out, the day's over. Closed Sundays, holidays, and any day the market's shut — come early.

03 How can I pay?

Cash only. No cards — hope that works for you.

04 What is horumon-don?

Beef offal, slow-simmered in Hatcho miso, ladled over rice. That's it. A scatter of scallion, a cracked egg on top — that's the move. The broth's been topped off since the place opened.

05 How do I get there?

Inside Tsukiji's outer market, at 4-9-12. Two minutes from Tsukijishijo Station, six from Tsukiji Station.

06 What is the signature dish?

The signature dish is Horumon-don.

07 How much does it cost per person?

Most items are priced around ¥50–¥900. Prices shown at the shop are authoritative.
